Is there a question on the Fall Referendum ballot which you disagrees with and wants to campaign against? Starting October 30th, you can fill a no-campaign nomination kit which allows you to campaign against a referenfum question during the campaign period! No-campaign nomination kits will be made available on October 30th, once the period starts.
